Day – 1 Pick-up from North & South Goa by Coach to Margao Railway Station.

Pick-up starts at 10.00 am from North Goa & South Goa Hotels, Transfers by Non-A/c Coach, or

Car, depending on the Nos. of guest booked for the Expedition, Transfers take 45 to 70 Mins,

depending on the Location of the Hotels.

 Day – 1Train Journey 1.30 pm (Distance - 345 Kms) (Travel Time 270 Mins) by local Train from Margao to Udupi

Railway Station.

 Travel for five hours by Non – A/c Local Passenger Train from Margao Railway Station.

Dep. at 1.30pm, the Train halts at all stations. Packed lunch will be served on the Train.

 Arrival at Udupi Station.

Arrival at 18.30 PM; Board a coach or Car outside the Station and drive to the Resort which is

 Gajanur Wild and Rouge Elephant Training Center.

It takes three hours to reach the Elephant Training School due to narrow roads & speed limit.

The Elephants have to be sent to the Forest for their Daily Feed and to be in the Wild.

We have to be there by 11.00 AM Sharp, or else we miss the Elephants… to wash.

 Proceed to Tiger and Lion Reserve. (Distance 21-Kms.)

 Thavarekhoppa Wild Tiger & Lion Reserve. (Re Habitation Center)

At the Tiger Safari, Pay for your Video and Still Cameras at the Main Gate. Board the Safari

Coach and Drive to the safari to spot Tiger, Lions and other Animals in their Natural Habitat.

 Proceed for Lunch Distance 07 – Kms (Lunch Time – 1 hour)

Lunch Pure Veg Thali at Shimoga Jewel Rock

Stop for Tea / Toilet.

Get set to a lake where you can feed the fish by your hands, puffed rice are available at the site
