• Goa Tours Planner management reserved every right to cancel/change the confirmed booking in the event of Vehicle/Cruise/Boat/other equipment breakdown/malfunction.
• Customers are requested to report the activity location 30 minute prior to the departure otherwise booking will be cancelled and considered as NO SHOW.
• Goa Tours Planner will not be responsible in the case customer reaching late to the location due to traffic jam/Google Map issues or reaching wrong boarding point.
• Refund is subjected to refund policy.

Refund policy for online Bookings: Refund policy are listed under each product Terms & Condition Tab. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Services: Goa Tours Planner offers various Trips through the website including but not limited to Goa Tours, Adventure Trips, Boat trip, Taxi bookings. Cancellation & Refund policy for these services in general are as below:

• 100% refund up-to 7 days before the tour date.
• 50% refund up-to 2 days before the tour date
• 25% refund up-to 1 days before the tour date
• No refunds thereafter.
